Who is it for?
NVQ level 3 is equivalent to the learning level required at A level. It involves obtaining detailed knowledge, skills and understanding in a relevant field. It is primarily for people who work independently or in some areas, supervising and training others in their field of work. It demonstrates team leading and technical specialist skills with competence in communication, problem solving and applied teamwork. Typical job roles for this level include: Personal Assistant, Secretary and Event Organiser.
