Introduction

The popularity of these NVQ's is a result of the rapid growth in demand from employers for staff with well-developed customer skills. This level 3 NVQ in Customer Service is based on the ICS 2006 National Occupational Standards.
Who is it for?
This NVQ is designed for those learners who are responsible for the delivery of customer service that will be working with out direct supervision or on their own. Their responsibilities should include the monitoring and development of the quality of customer service given and they may be in charge of a team or their own department. Typical job roles for this level include: Customer Service Supervisor and Event Organiser.
