HOW DOES LMC SKILLS FOR JOB PROGRAMMES WORK?

In the first place, students enrol on any of our Skills for Job Programmes while in their own country.
In the second place, students can complete the programmes while in their home country or complete the programme on their arrival in the UK.
In the third place, on arrival in the UK students attend one-week workshop for induction and orientation.
In the fourth place, LMC will arrange work placement with employers where students can gain work experience.
In the fifth place, LMC will use its expertise and its human resources department to assist students with suitable employment.

HEALTH, SOCIAL CARE AND EARLY YEARS (OCR)
The OCR Level 3 Nationals in Health, Social Care and Early Years have been developed to recognise candidates’ skills, knowledge and understanding of the health, social care and early years sector and settings, job roles, principles and values involved.

NVQ HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (Level 2, 3 and Level 4)
A nationally recognised and flexible qualification from OCR an Awarding Body that enables candidates to gain the practical skills needed to be an effective care worker.

NVQ LEVEL 4: REG AWARD
A nationally recognised and flexible qualification from OCR an Awarding Body that enables candidates to gain a qualification that relates directly to their management role within the Care organisation.


NVQ LEVEL 4: PRACTICE MANAGER AWARD
A nationally recognised and flexible qualification from OCR an Awarding Body that enables candidates.


NVQ Level 3: ASSESSOR AWARD (A1)
The A1 Award replaces D32/D33 Units as the nationally recognised qualification for Assessors of NVQs. The V1 replaces the previous D34, internally verify the NVQ Assessment Process.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (Level 2 and 3)
